What does "upcycle" mean?

 

We are a company that values sustainability and turning old items into something beautiful. Most of our accessories are crafted from vintage designer bags that were destined for the landfill. These bags can no longer be used, as they are old, worn, or torn. Our mission, and the definition of "Upcycled", is to take these goods that were heading for the trash and restore them to their original beauty. Thank you for joining us in our mission! 

 

 

Would you take my old designer bag?

 

We would love to take your old designer bag! There are two ways to participate.

1) We accept donations of authenticated pieces. Send us an email to get started.

2) We can upcycle your designer bag into one of our styles to create a personalized and custom item, while preserving the precious memories attached to your original piece. Get started here

 

What are my shipping options?

 

All of our items are hand made to order. Our production lead time is typically 1-2 weeks from when you place the order to the time your order is shipped. Lead times may be shorter or longer depending on order volume and time of year. We also offer Pre Made items that ship within 3-5 days that you can find here.

Priority shipping does not mean your order will be made quicker, only that the shipping is faster. If you need your order made faster than 2-3 weeks, purchase Rush Production shipping option to have your items made in 5-7 days. If you are in desperate need of quick shipment, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to help you! 


1. Economy Shipping $6.99 - $9.99 (FREE with $150+)

          Shipping time is 5 - 8  business days after product is made in 1-2 weeks

2. Priority Shipping $12 - $16 (calculated at checkout)

          Shipping time is 1 - 3 business days after product is made in 1-2 weeks

 

3. Rush Production $40 (order is put in front of the line)

         Shipping time is 1 - 3 business days after product is made in 5-7 days

We want you to find the perfect accessory you will love, so we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Read below for full details.  

 

Return Policy: Returns must be authorized within 14 days of delivery date. We will only accept items that have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved a refund minus the original shipping cost will be provided to original payment form. All sale, in stock, and custom order items are final and can not be exchanged or returned. 

 

Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days of delivery date for items that have not been used and are in the original condition received. Exchanges must be approved prior to shipping an item back to us. We will only accept items that have not been used and are in their original condition with original packaging.

 

GUARANTEE on all leather items – We know you love your bag and we want you to be together forever. We will gladly repair damage due to manufacturer defects for up to 3 months after purchase.  Please contact hello@beaudindesigns.com to start a claim.
